Fund the Journey — patronage

Contributions made through Fund the Journey are voluntary patronage payments, not purchases of goods or services. Contributions are not refundable. Patrons who contribute toward a specific expedition will receive a personal field dispatch when that expedition is completed. This is the full extent of the patron benefit and is not guaranteed on any specific schedule.

Photography purchases and licensing

Print purchases and licensing transactions are handled through PhotoShelter and subject to PhotoShelter's terms in addition to any licensing agreement provided at time of purchase.

On-site field assistant

The Bay's Creek field assistant is an AI-powered tool intended to answer questions about natural phenomena, seasonal timing, and the platform. Responses are informational only and may not be accurate in all cases. Do not rely on the field assistant for safety-critical decisions.

Limitation of liability

Bay's Creek Vision LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. The site is provided as-is without warranty of any kind.
